On 13th April (6.30-8.30pm), Toba Singer will be reading from her newly-released book: "Fernando Alonso: The Father of Cuban Ballet" at English National Ballet. The gathering will be hosted by Tamara Rojo and chaired by Loipa Araujo, former Ballet Nacional de Cuba principal dancer and now much respected teacher. In addition to the readings, noted Russian teacher Azari Plisetsky will speak and a short documentary about Alonso will be shown.
