The great Dance Books moving sale starts this Saturday, February 10, at from 11 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. at 15 Cecil Court, St. Martin's Lane, London WC2.
We must clear all our remaining stock in the next couple of weeks, and have hundreds of second-hand books at half price. There are original and reproduction photographs from 50p (the latter including rare early Nureyev, Baryshnikov and Makarova material), the former early 20th century Russian postcards from a couple of pounds and original Pavlova photographs from a fiver. We have lots of souvenir and gala programmes (including Diaghilev) to be sold of cheaply, and goodness knows what else will turn up as we reach the murkier recesses of the basement. And we are even giving away old calendars and magazines!
So do please come along and help us clear eveything out and get yourself a bargain.
The sale will continue next week and the week after, on Mondays (if there are no tube strikes), Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, the last day being Saturday February 24.
Just one caveat: our credit card machine has gone to our new premises, so I'm afraid it's cash or cheque with bank card only.
David Leonard
