The Kirov is dancing in Palermo this week and the cast lists are posted on the website of Teatro Massimo.

Vishneva is listed, though I suppose whether or not she turns up is another matter. Tkachenko as Kitri looks an interesting piece of casting, she certainly has the right extrovert quality the role needs. Has anyone seen her dance it?

Vishneva did go to Palermo.
What needs to be said is that the Kirov frequently advertises Vishneva without bothering to find out whether she's free.

According to another web site, Vishneva went to Palermo but didn't actually dance. A strange arrangement.

Like her non appearance in Lady & the Hooligan? Yes, I see what you mean.

Fadeyev was indisposed in Palermo, which is why Vishneva didn't dance there.

Like Lady and the Hooligan -- exactly.

Apparently both did rehearse there.

Two company members are returning to Palermo, Italy in February.

My Italian is rusty but it looks like, replacing Viviana Durante and Roberto Bolle, will be Olesya Novikova and Leonid Sarafanov --
On Feb. 1 they will dance Don Q.
