Wow. What a clever piece of writing. She made me smile throughout. I'm not sure I could have written something as impressive about a venue I don't understand (roles reversed!).

One point that jumped out at me. Covent Garden has a plethora of ladies' rooms? Because neither the Mariinsky itself nor Zellerbach hall seem to have built enough for the size of the audience.

The SF Opera house is arguably better... but only if you know to go downstairs.
