Marius, the NBoC site works OK for me on Netscape 4.7, but I agree with you that it is ill-advised to design a site that makes it unavailable to many people.

Well isn't that kind of like saying it's ill advised to have a website because there are millions who don't have access to computers at all? In my mind, not having an upgrade is not the same as not having access. If you don't live in a third world country you can probably access the NBoC website at your local library should you be unable to upgrade your personal commputer.

Okay, I finally joined the rest of you Techno WebHead Geeko Ballet Internet Fanatics and upgraded my Netscape Browser to version 4.7! I hope you’re happy! Yes, now I can access the NBoC website. I liked it just fine but I find it’s set up for those with high speed cable access. It’s a little slow for my 56k modem. Plus, there are a few bugs. For instance, I have to shut down my browser to leave the site.
------------------
