PROVO - Party-goers at next month's Festival Latino Americano cannot dance - no matter how lightly they tread at the Utah County Courthouse.

Utah County leaders Tuesday reaffirmed their no-dance stance to festival organizers - despite Provo City's support for the activity. But, commissioners insist, no matter how backers spin it, there is no skirting the fact that Provo's laws are too restrictive for the county to allow a dance inside its building.
