My goodness, that is extraordinary. The UKs Northern Ballet Theatre received very poor reviews this year with a new full-length production, 'Dr Jeckyl and Mr Hyde'. As it toured the country, ticket sales gradually dried up and for the final part of the tour it was replaced with another work by the same choreographer which was a big success.<P>I can't think of any venues in the UK who are rich enough to make such a global refund. To be honest I expect to see a proportion of turkeys and put it down to experience. However, this does sound like an exceptionally poor work.
