I try to do this at work too for my employees but my other partner-associates frown upon my practice -- wouldn't it be cool to work at a company like this one:

This looks like a variationon on flexi-time, which was all the rage at one time, but I haven't heard of it for some time now.

The grumpy Mr Dutka: "We are in business to do business, not to support the arts," doesn't seem to be aware of the notion of doing things for your staff, so that they will be even keener to do things for the company.
