Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company<http://www.ririewoodbury.com> is holding auditions for
our next season. We are looking for experienced, mature performers who are
technically strong and physically versatile, who are able to start with us in June
2009. We offer a yearly contract of a minimum 40 weeks work, plus health insurance.

Auditions will be held in Salt Lake City on Saturday, February 28th and Saturday,
April 11th at 10:00am at the Rose Wagner Theater, 138 West 300 South, Salt Lake
City. They will last the entire day. Information must be submitted prior to the
audition. Candidates will not be considered who have not submitted their personal
information to us first. Dancers should be prepared with a 2 minute solo. If you

About Artistic Director, Mario Nugara
Mario Nugara, is regarded as a teacher of unparalleled talent in the Los Angeles area. Trained at Balanchine's School of American Ballet, he has danced with our nation's most prestigious companies. As a student, he danced with the New York City ballet. He has also danced professionally as a company member with the Boston Ballet and the Fort Worth Ballet, and has danced on Broadway with Rudolph Nureyev. He has also served as guest artist for the American Ballet Company, the Eglevsky Ballet, and the New Jersey Ballet. Selected as a Fulbright Scholar in 1991, Mr. Nugara studied in Copenhagen, Denmark in conjunction with the University of Copenhagen and the Royal Danish Ballet. During that time, he taught at the Royal Danish Ballet, Culberg Ballet, Ballet Academy of Stockholm, Sweden, and at the New Danish Dance Theatre, the Marie Brolin - Tani Dance Theatre, and Dansens Hus. He has extensive teaching experience in the New York and Los Angeles Metropolitan areas. Mr. Nugara also holds a BFA and MFA from New York University's Tisch School of Arts.

Working with Mr. Nugara on this new production are: Tony Award winning director, Joseph Hardy as artistic and production advisor, Stephanie Saland, former principal dancer New York City Ballet as Ballet Mistress and coach, Zippora Karz, former soloist for the New York City Ballet, Ballet Mistress and coach.

Hungarian National Ballet Director Tamás Solymosi is holding an AUDITION FOR COMPANY CONTRACTS on 12 January, 2013 in Budapest.
