My dance studio (Pacific Festival Ballet) just finished its nutcracker performaces last weekend for this year...eight in all. It always turns out amazing, but one of the best and most memorable parts is that Tina LeBlanc and David Palmer come as guest artists and dance the roles of Sugar Plum and Cavalier in our show. It's always amazing to be able to watch them both up close (from the wings), and everyone at my studio is just in awe of them. It was a wonderful experience, and we all can't wait until next year for when they come back again.

Tiny (hee-hee) LeBlanc is one of my very favorite dancers. I don't have much time to see Nutcracker this year, but I mean to see her, at least, because she's been out on maternity leave. I liked David Palmer very much, too, when I used to see him in SFB. I loved seeing them together in Romeo and Juliet.
