In the Southern California area the Great Performances telecast of the Royal Ballet's Nutcracker will be shown on KPBS, Friday, December 21st, at 9 p.m. It repeats on Sunday, December 23rd, 2 p.m. and a third broadcast on Christmas Day at 3:30 p.m. Starring Ivan Putrov and Alina Cojocaru.<P>Joffrey Ballet's Nutcracker will be on Sunday December 23rd at 1 p.m.<P>There will also be a "Live From Lincoln Center Nutcracker Swing" at 4 p.m. on December 23rd.<P>A & E is broadcasting The Royal Swedith Ballet's 2000 production of Nutcracker at 8 a.m. (I guess they like to do things early in Sweden - LOL) on Sunday December 23rd.
