Birds that make a song and dance of finding a mate

MALE cowbirds synchronise their songs with elaborate dance routines that enhance vocal performance, according to new research.

Scientists in the United States have discovered that the North American birds move in precise patterns when they sing, in order to balance the breathing demands of song and dance.

These guys are raven' idiots. Do they really expect us to believe that there is a Jerome Robin in the bird world?

Can't you see it now - a brightly plumed avian crooning into the microphone:
"Egrets, I've had a few, but then again, to few to Hen-tion."

But I won't Grouse about it, even if they are Cuckoo. I DID once have a ballet master that - in the height of one's despair - could whip your will back into shape. But I do have one ongoing question:
Is it a Cow or is it a Bird? And if it is a bird, does it like being called a Cow?

Some things are SO confusing.
