Well I think Angelina is very sweet and you're all being horrid to her. I just hope she's not reading this as she would be very upset I'm sure.<P>Anyway, I hope she proves you all wrong in her forthcoming audition for Ballett Frankfurt.

It's certainly nice to see a ballerina who doesn't have the classic "Balanchine" body. . .or is even a member of the classic Balanchine species.

Of mice and women
By Rebecca Seal for The Observer

When I was about five, I wanted, more than anything else in the world, to be Angelina Ballerina. For the uninitiated, Angelina is a mouse and lives in a storybook, but that was certainly irrelevant at the time. Angelina had a tutu and ballet shoes and was wonderful.

It was, therefore, with a slightly absurd level of excitement that I approached an original illustration from the series of Angelina books by Helen Craig.

I may be an adult but i adore Angelina Ballerina! I love watching the TV programmes, and yes i think she has high extensions but who cares she is a joy to watch-if not a little vocal at times! Have a heap of DVD's etc and
i have just started collecting the figurines of Angelina and her friends, they are so cute. One thing to all those manufactures of childs Angelina t-shirts etc, there are some adults who would like them as well so do some adult sizes. :D
