Partick’s favourite cowboy rides off into the sunset

MOURNERS paid their last respects to a fallen friend with a nod to the American deep south at a Glasgow funeral yesterday.

Robert Taylor, who was married earlier this year in full cowboy regalia, was seen off with his coffin draped in a Confederate flag, taken by horse-drawn carriage to Maryhill crematorium at around 1pm.
