Hmm, Anastasia. How about one of those brain teaser exercises so they don't think that ballet is just about strength. Something like a fast degage where the legs alternate and go in different directions, with a petit retire thrown in here and there. Oh, and with port de bras. One that moves continuously, but slower than the feet.

I love the ones where the arms go in reverse directions from the feet - like the leg is doing rond de jambe a terre en dehors and the arms are going en dedans - and then it reverses without a pause. <P>Fun.....(I think I was out in the sun too long LOL)
