The purveyor of everything plaid and everything in poor taste danced for the Winnipeg Ballet in October of 1990! The things you find when you have too much time on your hands and G :) :) GLE ballet! Egad! Viewer discretion is strongly advised. Needless to say Mr. Cherry did not make the cut and learned a lesson.

:D :D

Not a bad marketing idea. A little cross-over between sports celebs and ballet would go a long way.

Cherry retrieves his gaff in the commercial very well. He's a sport to try a few steps and he even manages to make the point about the poor salaries of the dancers.

However, this macho stuff is pathetic, especially when insulting men by comparing them to women. I remember one NFL Head Coach, heading a particularly brutal and macho team, was asked about his game plan for a crucial match: "Well, we ain't gonna be swinging handbags," he said with a smirk. What a jerk!
