A puzzling article, but it looks like an election race:

Dance legend should be too agile for self-defence instructor
From The Royal Gazette (Bermuda)

Neville Darrell is a home security consultant, taxi operator and a self-defence instructor. He graduated from Berkeley Institute and he was a former Police officer and was involved in forming the narcotics squad....

Louise Jackson is best known for founding the Jackson School of Performing Arts. The dance school will be celebrating its 50-year anniversary next year. Mrs. Jackson is also the founder and director of the National Dance Theatre of Bermuda.
