Because we're all under a lot of stress these days, here's a simple test to gauge whether you need some down time:

Phew! What a relief - they looked exactly the same to me.....but I wasn't wearing my glasses. I guess the moral is to wear them as little as possible, especially when I'm driving, which is rather stressful.

Looks like a short life, but a happy one for me.
