and courtesy of blandine again: mildly funny dance sayings collected by a dance fan - "dancers turn out better", "don't dance and drive!", etc.
http://www.geocities.com/Vienna/Strasse/2384/sayings.html

Ah, yes, this is one of the rehab techniques I use on dancers. It's very effective, followed by balancing on the head of a pin.

I wonder what the fee is for entering the Annual Splits Contest?

You know, I think it would be really fun to post the Blandine link on BA...but I can't help thinking they'd all be offended!
Grace...um...what a...er...lovely photo...you have such a serene expression...who is the photographer? (I assume s/he is scheduled for a public hanging Image.) I've never quite seen that method of tying pointe shoes before...is that an Australian thing?
------------------
~Intuviel~
Balletica
yes, it's an australian thing, intuviel: although, being upside-down as we are, usually we wear them on our hands, and lace them up to the elbow: tres chic!
i think your other friends have probably seen blandine. they have a great sense of humour - for the most part. but i wouldn't like to give you any advice in that direction...
as you can see, a higher priority for me is working on my waistline...(see jenny, i told you, in that other thread, that i am 'rounded'!) What I meant was that blandine is almost like a parody of BA~~ballet only, and all that Image.
------------------
~Intuviel~
Balletica
