Yes, it’s true — the tiered, prairie-style skirt is back. But is it really possible to wear boho chic to the office and still be taken seriously?

An executive in a long flowing garment, with embroidery round the hem, can look more as if she were about to give a folk-dancing display than a client presentation. Add cowboy boots to the ensemble, and a lively polka around the PCs may appear to be less of a threat than a country and western-style line dancing session in the canteen.
