Makes plenty to share with friends

Being a dancer means I can't eat too much. Of course, we do work extremely hard, and we burn a lot of calories, but I've got a sweet tooth, so I generally have to resist puddings.

This cheesecake is something that I can eat - I came up with the recipe myself. It uses quark, a low-fat cheese that's big in Estonia, where I come from.

Cheese cake it is very good! And I shall try to prepare under this recipe, but meat and in particular a fish is more to like me! Here I shall not write the recipes certainly. I know precisely that there were forces to the dancer it is necessary to eat well!

Would somebody give me the U.S. equivalent of quark, one of the cheesecake ingredients? I hope it's not related to snark. :?
