Early Days for the Pimpernel!

My first London Children’s Ballet audition was on November 6, 2005. I had a slight clench in my stomach, but I was greeted at the Dance Attic with a hearty welcome and ushered downstairs by the cheery lady on the door. Starting the warm up class I felt tense but I let the movements ease out the tension in my body and loosen my muscles for the audition ahead. Then we lined up and went in, not knowing whether we would be coming back here again.
