Another question! haha. Junior year of high school I had ankle problems caused by an extra bone on my foot that gave me problems through my senior year. I was still taking class at least 5 times a week, but not so much pointe. The summer before freshman year of college I had off for about 5 months. I went back to taking class in the Fall, but no pointe and only 2times a week. I took some time off during breaks again and began class at a different school about 3 times a week. STill no pointe. I was away all summer and now I am back at school, looking to get back in shape, for real. ANy advice on this or overcoming the ankle problems for good?
