Post subject:  Dance Camp fundraising....

I recently got a job and was then laid off for no reason. Since I helped out with the little girls' dance camp this week I get a small discount for my own dance camp. I wanted to save up money to pay for the rest of the cost, so what could I do by myself for raising money other than yard sales?

Well, it sounds like you're old enough to get a "normal" job, so you could always try to get another one. Or you could do what young people do, i.e. babysit, walk dogs, mow lawns... or try tutoring...

Look into your own talents to see how you can earn money... For example, if you know a lot about computers, maybe you can fix people's computer problems...

Just some ideas...

I know I can get a job, but where I need to work there are lots of restaraunts, most of which serve alcohol or where you need to be at least 16 to work because of insurance policies and such. I've applied to everywhere where I'd be allowed to work. And I'll turn 16 on Christmas Eve. But I was just trying to figure out some ideas until I can get another job.
