Does anybody know any good excercies or anything that will increase the arch in my feet??
also how do u get overextended splits??

I *highly* recommend the position (and movement) of "sur le cou de pied." I've found it's great for overall technique, helping to build facility and strength of the foot and ankle, making them supple but also helps to make an attractive line. Give it/them a try!
