Turningout with incorrect alignment - either in your hips, back or knees, is wrong. You can't use it correctly, its inefficient, and unsafe.<P>So find out where your natural turnout in your hips is, and that's what you use.<P>I think if you read those threads and any more than you find with a "search" - you will get some answers to your questions.<BR>
