I have to admit that my arch in both of my feet isn't that good. I was wondering if anyone has some exersizes that could help. :)

Having someone stretch your feet is helpful. Sit on the floor with straight legs in front of you. The person stretching your feet should gently pull your feet out (lengthening them) and then gently down. Make sure that the imaginary line running down the center of your foot (the top of the foot is facing the ceiling) is in line with your shin so you are not sicling. AND....Lots and lots of tendus!

First off, I hate to say this, but your kinda stuck with whatever arch in the foot God gave you. HOWEVER, you can improve it.

You can stretch your own feet by standing on one foot and gently leaning onto a pointed toe, while balancing against a wall. Also if you sit with your legs straight and roll your toes while your feet are pointed it will help too. Lots of pointing is the only thing that really changes it other than that so, good luck!
