Hiya everyone,

I've got an audition coming up for a dance course I want to take after my GCSE's and I'm SO nervous!
I have to choreograph a 2 minute solo dance routine and then there will be an interview!!
Any tips on what makes a good audition?
I'm not an overly confident person and I'm not sure I make a great first impression, although I know it should mostly be about my dancing ability!

Any tips, advice or past experiences would be great I think I just need a confidence boost :-)

Thank you

Hello Dancer246 and welcome! Auditioning can be nerve-wracking and a bit stressful. Try to relax and enjoy your audition. Concentrate on what you are doing, not on what other people may or may not be thinking. Make sure that you feel good about your appearance (hair, costume, etc.) This will give you confidence, too! And, GOOD LUCK to you, or as is sometimes said in the world of dance, MERDE!
