One of my friends is a little depressed at the moment. She's doing heaps of dance on top of being in her last year of school, plus work, and auditions for full-time dance courses next year and it's all getting too much for her.

To try and cheer her up I'm making a book full of fun and inspirational stuff, including poems, stories and heaps of pictures related to dancing. I bought a huge book (120 pages!) and I've filled about 2 thirds and I'm running out of ideas. Does anyone have a favourite poem, quote, story or piece of advice that I could put in there?
