One thing I will say re: lower leg not in line with the whole leg/upper leg. It's not at all unusual (very rare when the leg is perfectly straight).

I was able to see the picture.

Your legs are what they are. The idea that they are a straight line from hip to toe is just not realistic. Various curvatures of the leg accomodate placement of the bones, muscles, etc.

If you are working your legs in ways that develop long (not bulky) muscles and you're using your turnout properly and you're paying careful attention to the angles people see your legs from from the front and there's nothing medically wrong with your legs --- then that's about all there is to do. Don't worry, they'll be fine.

thanks citibob. I am doing all of those things. I guess I just need to keep finding the best angles for the audience, even if the leg is slightly turned in.
