In our class we work at the barre first, then we do stretching a little bit before we do center work. What are some good stretches that will increase flexibility?

I don; t know for how long you have been dancing, or how flexible you are, but some easy stretches would be just to stand parallel and bend forward. Don' t bounce, just hang and let gravity to it' s work.
Maybe you can also ask your teacher which stretches she thinks that would be good for you.
