Hi! I have lots of muscles in my legs especially in my thighs (quads). I dont want to lose the muscle but maybe lengthen the muscles so that they look less bulky. Do you think you could give me any exercises to stretch them out? And I am not in ballet class right now so please don't say just use your muscles properly in ballet class and stuff like that. Thanks for your help! Image
------------------
*Lil Ballerina*
~Keep on Dancin!~

The only thing I know about this is that when you exercise, do more reps with little resistance, instead of a lot of resistance and only doing a few reps. More reps with little resistance makes muscles longer. More resistance with few reps makes muscles bulky.

Try to maintain your stretch - but only after you are well warmed up.
If you are not in ballet class right now - it's a good idea to also give your muscles a rest. A break can be very good for you.
