balletLORENT sets the style
From icNewcastle

That's dancing all right! These are just some of the performers who will be pirouetting in the footsteps of the Auf Wiedersehen, Pet bricklayers when they travel from Tyneside to Dusseldorf in the hope of raising their European profile - thanks to a ?2,000 grant from the Arts Council England, North-East.

Performing arts company balletLORENT are taking 10 dancers and their latest show, The Ball to Germany after being asked to perform at the 12-day Dance Link event which begins on March 15.

They will grace the stage alongside some of Britain's best dance companies, including Akram Kahn, Carol Brown Dances and the Vincent Dance Theatre in an attempt to establish a rich picture of contemporary dance in the UK.
