I thought of applying for the under-35 award, but decided not to this year.<P><B>Jerwood Choreography Awards 2002</B><BR>Two awards open to choreographers 35 years and under: £8,500/each<P>One award open to choreographers of any age: £17,000<P>Application deadline: Mon 22 July 2002 @ 6pm<P>Each year the Jerwood Choreography Awards provide three recipients with an opportunity to create a piece of work in a supportive environment, free of the usual pressures of tour booking, income generation, etc. The awards are made following an open application process and are open to applicants working in any dance language.
