Criminal Investigation Into a Venue

Boy, they sure do have issues with venues in the Diablo Valley region of the SF Bay Area, don't they? First it was the Regional Center in Walnut Creek under attack for its heavy-handed and biased management (<a href=http://forum.criticaldance.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=15;t=000106 target=_blank>Venues from Hell thread</a>) and now this criminal investigation:

Whoa, what's going on out there? Is this people not being careful or is there actually a more sinister subplat rolling along.

Well, at the very least, it clouds the waters for other groups trying to gather money to build a center for the arts. And that's sad.
