Ballet Nouveau Colorado director Lissy Garrison is looking at program reductions, flat class enrollment and inevitable budget cuts.

The Broomfield Council on the Arts and Humanities has a third of the money it had last year to hand out to local arts groups.

And that's just the beginning in a funding environment that hasn't been this bad in 15 years, according to many arts groups.
