<B>Money for arts groups, already tight, likely to get tighter</B><BR>By Charles Passy, Palm Beach Post Arts Writer<P><BR>Having already seen their county grants cut by 10 percent this fiscal year, Palm Beach County arts groups are bracing themselves for another reduction.
