Good news reported by Maureen Dezell in the Boston Globe: Boston Ballet makes a financial turnaround

Boston Ballet posted a $650,000 operating surplus for the fiscal year that ended in June, executive director Valerie Wilder announced yesterday.

The surplus, which represents approximately 3 percent of the company's $20 million operating budget for fiscal year 2003-2004, marks a turnaround.
