EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Dance Alloy, a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania based contemporary dance company with an annual budget of $550,000+, seeks an experienced administrator with a background in dance or the performing arts and excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, to work in partnership with artistic director Mark Taylor. Dance Alloy, housed in an exciting new facility, currently creates exhilarating work including inter-cultural collaborations and creation-based touring residencies, and balances a home season, touring and extensive community-based education.<P>Candidates for the position should be creative, strategic thinkers who are willing to facilitate organizational restructuring while balancing artistic initiatives with other financial and organizational goals.<P>The ideal candidate will have direct experience in development, marketing and touring/booking operations. In conjunction with a small staff, the Executive Director is responsible for financial management, budgeting, strategic planning, board relations, facilities and school administration.
