Chavez has been recognized as one of the great leaders of the 20th Century.

(Yes We Can)

La Compañía de Baile Sandra Organ presenta una producción de baile inspirada en
el legado de César E. Chavez basada en la historia del movimiento de los migrantes
campesinos de la época. Esta excelente producción será presentada en el teatro
de Talento Bilingüe de Houston los próximos 26 y 27 de marzo del año en curso a
partir de las 8:00 pm.

In collaboration with Talento Bilingüe de Houston, Sandra Organ Dance Company will
present a full-length contemporary ballet performance inspired by the legacy of
Cesar Chavez and the history of the migrant farm worker movement. Si Se Puede (Yes
We Can) will include choreographed works by Sandra Organ Solis - A Prayer for the
Farm Worker, written by Cesar Chavez, Tata Dios, a dance about a couple and their
struggles as migrant farmers, stories of present day immigrants and poems of families
collaboratively choreographed by SODC dancers. Si Se Puede offers children, students
and adults of all ages a creative and unique perspective on this important issue.
