Summer at Spoke the Hub
DANCE FOR EXERCISE
EVERY DAY AT LUNCHTIME
Starting Wednesday, July 5th

Don't eat that cheeseburger! Enjoy the exhilaration of aerobic dance while
burning calories, building strength, increasing flexibility, having fun, and
releasing tension!

This summer Spoke the Hub will offer Dance/Exercise workouts for adults and
teens, taught by the area's finest teachers, from 12:30-1:30pm every day for
6 weeks in our beautiful, air conditioned studio on Union Street.

Each day features a different dance style---learn the basics of Ballet, Hip
Hop, Folk Dance, Modern Dance, and
Yoga in a fun and non-competitive atmosphere. No previous dance training
required.

Great for stay-at-home parents, caregivers, freelancers, teenagers,
artists, the rest of the local Park Slope work force, and those just
interested in exploring different dance forms. We will also include
stretch and strength work in every class to warm up and cool down.
(And please forward this to anyone you know who might be interested in
this summer dance-athon!)

Ask about our other Art, Yoga, Dance & Children┬╣s classes!
