Lessons I have learnt

1. To create something from scratch is thrilling. If you have passion, the world is your oyster. Never be too scared to go it alone — growing your organisation is utterly rewarding and will teach you incredible amounts about yourself and what you can achieve.

2. Believe in yourself. Always stay true to your vision and have courage in your convictions. This will inspire your team and all those who deal with you.
