An interesting article about Michael Kaiser putting his arts admin. initiative onto along term basis before he leaves the country.
http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/dynamic/generic/review.html
?in_review_id=305855&in_review_text_id=249785
[This message has been edited by Stuart Sweeney (edited August 04, 2000).]

An interesting article. It points out that the state of the arts is critical, as usual. Sometimes I get the image of the person on the corner with a tin cup selling pencils (with the name of the arts organization, or ballet co. printed on them.) At any rate, Michael Kaiser seems to be a man of integrity, and dedication to his art.
