Edouard has posted this announcement this morning on "Danser en Fran├žais". I think some people of you will be interested

"I own an apartment , very nicely furnitured; 250 sq meters with a garden, located 5 minutes away from trocadero. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double or twin and one single.
I wish to know wether it could be of interest for a couple, or a family and friends(easely 7 people) for rent by the night, the week or more.
Breakfast and meals are available.
Thank you for your answer. E."

Dreaming about visitng Paris now....

ooof, back to reality. This seems to me to be a little more in the Miscellany category, so I'm going to close the topic here, but feel free to follow us to Miscellany...

According to my Yahoo! Weather, Paris is currently at 4C, whereas Boston is -12C. Would I like to be in Paris right now? I think that's a no-brainer...

Where is trocodero in relation to the latin quarter/Opera district? I probably won't get to go to Paris till after summer but may be interested later if it is available. Still need to work on my French, but i did better on my last trip! ;)

Trocadero is on the same side of the Seine than POB district, it's right side. From one side you have Trocadero and from the other side you see Eiffel Tower. It's the "beaux quartiers" from Paris. Latin district is against left side on stage as well as Eiffel Tower !

Here's a live webcam of the place du Trocadero looking across the river at it from the Eiffel Tower. It's dark there right now, but very pretty.
