Post subject: Help!

I'm new here but familiar with posting boards. I have replied to two different threads and have yet to be able to actually see my replies posted - even though in a search they do act as though they are there.
Refreshing the page, reloading or going "off" and coming back "on" don't seem to help.
This is actually a kind of a test to see if a new topic will show! If anyone can give me some help I'd appreciate it.
So far I have posted in "Hello" in the What's New area and in "Dance Galaxy" in the Ballet area.
Thanks!?

Hello Ryebred - (cute name) welcome to the board, it's great to have you join us!
I always have to use the refresh/reload button to see my messages and to see the board "up to date".
Azlan, one of the board administrators and the resident engineer had this to say in answer to someone else's question like yours.
Azlan said:

quote:
On IE, you should use the REFRESH button. On Netscape, use RELOAD. You don't have to use the CTRL key on either of these two browsers.
We will have a change in the hosting service and an eventual change that will remedy this problem.

Sometimes I have to refresh several times. If this is not helping you....perhaps he will have some other solution for you. Also as you can see by the quote this problem will abate after the move. Meanwhile, you should know that we can see you.

Once again - welcome!
Thanks Basheva.
I had read that reply from Azlan earlier and tried it so I guess I will just have to be patient! I am using AOL and perhaps they are just slow...
Glad to know the post eventually makes it thru - and hopefully the "move" will improve it.
Many thanks for responding!
