I have twice worked with women whose Mums died of Motor Neuron Disease, so I know something about the courage with which people face this cruel disease. I could find few words of comfort at the time, but I can do something now. So I'm joining a group of volunteers climbing Mount Olympus ((2,919 metres high) in September to raise money for the MND Association which supports people with MND and their families.

I have to raise £1,795 by the end of July, so sponsorship ahead of the trek would be much appreciated.
