A regular, unregistered reader pointed out one change with the new software: previously a "Today's posting" function was available to all readers.

This has disappeared and my friend was unhappy, having found this a useful function. In the new system, there is a similar function near the top on the right: "View posts since last visit". However, this is only available to registered members. Thus, if you want to have this facility, you will need to register here.

It's a quick, painless process. Some people have found the optional "Profile Information" section duanting, but don't worry, I don't understand some of the references either.

And, I would point out, free.

We're also experimenting with an enhancement to get posts within the last day, week or month but it may take a while to debug.
