i have not had much success with searching this site up to now, and today i stumbled across the reason!
when using regular search engines, i had discovered that it is often very productive to put quotation marks around phrases, for example, "American Ballet Theater". so i have been doing that at Cd as well.
today, i found that when i searched in the BALLET forum for "Maximum Dance", i got NO results, but when i removed the quotation marks, i got 4 threads - which i knew were there....
so DON'T USE QUOTATION MARKS in this particular site SEARCH facility, seems to be the lesson! I'm glad you've got to the bottom of tha one grace, as the search facility is an invaluable Moderators' tool for seeing whether previous threads exist on a particular company etc.
And for general readers, if you have an interest in a particular current day company/choreographer/performer, chances are we have something on them somewhere. For instance, searching on Houston Ballet gives 20 references, Rambert Dance 21 and Mats Ek 6. Try it - it's a really useful facility.
