Post subject:  Board simplification - UK topics distributed into the ot

A few months ago we split “Ballet” into three forums including “Ballet in Europe”. In addition we have thought for some time that it would be better to have our very extensive Modern Dance coverage all in one place so that devotees on both sides of the Atlantic can exchange views more easily.

In line with these decisions we have now completed moving the “UK Performance” and “UK News and Views” forums into the appropriate forums around the Board. Rather than indicating any reduced interest in UK dance we hope that this move will strengthen our coverage as well as simplifying the structure of CriticalDance.

The 6000 or so topics in the UK forums have all been moved now and many thanks to kurinuku who has helped me move the topics over the past few weeks.

During the transition phase, a few topics have been duplicated and we'll try to consolidate these over the next few days.

Any queries about the change in the structure can be raised here.
