Michael Smuin...RIP
"Michael Smuin was my director. I joined the San Francisco Ballet in the summer of 1972 and Michael arrived in the spring of 73. I left the company when Michael left...1985. Michael was more than a director to me. He was a friend...I admired him so much. I admired his amazing talent and his ability to make me feel at ease as a dancer in his company."
